Why do I need to clean my hoods and ducts system?
Maintaining your Hood and Duct System is the number two defense (1st defense is your filters), against a fire in your restaurant or dining facility. A regularly maintained system will reduce the chance of a fire spreading throughout the kitchen and exhaust ducts. A properly maintained system, will also provide a cleaner environment for your employees and customers.

How Often Should I Have it Cleaned?
Depending on the amount of business and type of cooking that is done in your kitchen,  will determine the frequency of cleaning needed. If large amounts of charbroiling are done, monthly cleaning is not unusual. Most restaurants are cleaned approximately every 3- 4 months. Buildup, as you can see here, can accumulate quickly.

With over 20 years experience servicing Colorado restaurants and dining facilities, GSN Services was established as a woman owned business in July of 2002. We incorporated our business as an LLC in January of 2007. We currently maintain approximately 200 facilities, 3 of which are Federal Contracts.
